Hi Fellas!!! I'm sorry I've been away for over a year. A lot has gone on, and I actually ended up trading in my Tacoma. I couldn't justify the payment I was making verses the student debt/etc. that I am working towards paying off. Maybe one day, I'll get to return to owning a Tacoma or Tundra.

As far as the outcome of the events...we ended up selling the house a few weeks before they eventually moved in next door. It turned out to be a wise choice. I ran into my old neighbors a few times since then, and they informed me that the place was a wreck. The guy's youngest foster child had wandered away from their trailer a time or two and would end up at the neighbor's front door...about four hundred yards away, in the woods.

There was always shady business going on towards the end, before we moved. The guy, or sometimes others, would show up at the trailer at three or four in the morning, sit there for a few minutes in their vehicle, and then drive off. Weird stuff. We would overhear the workers wondering aloud if theft was high, they'd cuss loud enough that I didn't want my wife and kid hearing all of it, and they'd toss food over the fence to my dog, to try to get him to get used to them being around (a huge no-no).

Anyways, my old neighbors told me the property/land owner at the end of the road had had his barn broken into, ransacked, and had over $16K worth of equipment stolen after that guy moved in. Also, the landowner found out they had been hunting and wandering onto his land, and the guys dog was running off any wildlife around (on his land).

All in all, I'm glad I got my family out.
