I'm not sure why I didn't think about this before but anyone interested in portable showers? My neighbor growing up invented the portable shower that plugs into your cigarette outlet. I've personally used it plenty of times at the beach and desert camping. There are different sizes and also have a heater kit as well. Any feedback about the pressure and possibly what the output of the pump is? Is the pump inside the container?

 

Not sure the output on the pump but it is in the container. I'll try to get some more info on it

No problem, I do remember when he was making his prototype and he would fill it halfway and plug it in and run it 24/7 recycling the water back in with no issues. My parents know a lot more about it and I'm asking them so see if they have the info on it.

I do but in California. I hadn't thought about wanting one till I started looking at on board air/water unit and I realized I already have a shower. Just need my brother to ship it to me here in Maryland.

So according to my mom, the pump has changed for a "better" one since the version I have at home in Cali. Don't have any details yet but my mom asked to have a new version sent to me with all the new specs so I can get the word out on here and hopefully become a market for these.

 

Ya I saw on the videos on their website that they now have a pump specially made for them that is from Germany and can't be purchased is the US. My only questions would be the amp draw, but according to their video, it can be run off a jump starter pack for hours! Look forward to receiving your update as it becomes available. What was your review of it in prior experience? Sorry for all the questions btw.

 

Got my truck back and it's officially on 488s. So far so good just making sure to break them in correctly. Also building my bed rack.
