I have a small shudder during smooth acceleration. It used to be only in 1st gear but after the 2.5" lift, it's 1st and 2nd gear. The transmission seems to function properly in all aspects. So I'm hoping it's just a driveline vibration caused by axel wrap or maybe carrier bearing vibration. This truck is new to me but does have 100k on it. What do you guys think?

I did look up shudder issues but they all typically involve transmission problems. However I don't think that's the case here.
