i had my frame replaced last year, after i got it back the back up camera is scrambled, you can see the image but poor quality. i moved after the repair so i couldn't have them fix it properly. I just replaced the camera today and issue is still there. i checked the plug at the camera and at the rearview mirror, at a loss of where to look now. not sure where the issue could be.

Any suggestions where to look now?

Is this an OEM camera, or aftermarket?

Can you trace the wires? I'd bet the feed wire is pinched somewhere

Sounds like the harness may have been or is still pinched.

That's what I was afraid of. The only plugs are camera, screen and reverse switch I'm assuming?? Just not sure where it the truck all the wire run to.

I know there is a plug/connector on the camera itself, and a plug/connector for removing the tailgate located under the bed
