Back from Copper River ... Fish were NOT there in force yet. We caught 17 reds and 1 King. The current surge will probably make it to above the bridge mid to late week. We might go back Sunday/Monday, or just catch the next surge later this month or July. Kept my 2 packs of King and 1 (of my 10 packs) Red to grill fresh later today.

Not caught up every page, but I'll go respond to my alerts starting with Chuck's:
I've heard of it, but never witnessed it personally. I have been down fishing on the Russian River and had a pair of Grizzlies fishing in the river directly across from me (40-50 yds) for about 3 hours. I didn't bother them and they didn't bother me ... we were all three there for the same reason, SALMON. :D

    When will ya'll know results?

Seen a unmanned/unpowered/parked C17 push chocks and move 10 feet backwards on the ramp here (Elmendorf) ... combination of winds, hardstand gradual grade, and freezing rain slicking things up enough.

Thoughts and prayers for you both Brother.

Indeed, my title is Grumpy Old Bastard ... :D

    I like it :D

... love the color. :jellydance: My closeout shopping always lands me in another silver truck it seems.

    :woot:

You two need to get a room ... and a tape measure.

    :yay:

QFT... but a hay loft is a totally different story ... I'm just sayin'

My wife has made it very clear she does not want to work on vacation ... to her a camper/RV is work because she still has to cook/clean etc. I think I finally understand ... as long as I can go play with my buddies hunting and fishing, I'm ok with vacationing with her as she prefers. :)

Not a checkup but also not on deaths door. Dr. Boneyfingers will probably prescribe yet another med to add to the list...

Looks great; how do you like it so far? I might ask you for a review towards end of Summer; I'm giving serious thought to adding one to my truck.

Morning all, welcome back Rob. Sorry the fish weren't there yet, it looks like a great place to be, no matter what.
I had one on the first Taco, lasted 2 years in the desert heat, all the double stick tape failed and I have to use screws to keep it in place. The latch was a fickle bitch, and the corners leaked in the rain.
That being said, it looked great, was convenient and secure, I stored work stuff under it so I opened and closed it alot every day.
    Morning Mr Sunshine
