I'm already outside doing the cheap/free mods to get it to my liking! Already spent a few hundred on Amazon too.

Is that white powdercoat underneath or silver? I'm getting a pro comp 6" soon and trying to decide if I want to do it white or red (in honor of my old truck) or just leave it black.

I don't know why anyone on gods green earth would put those big deflectors on the hood. It caused so much damage. This is as good as I can get after 1.5 hours of scrubbing. Going to see how much better I can get with my polisher and proper paint correction stuff.

Which one is it? I've got the abs one on mine I haven't seen anything wrong yet. Did they have the inchannel vent visors or the ones that stick to the paint

It is white powdercoat underneath. I like to keep it as clean as possible thats why I chose white, but im sure black or red would be sick too. You will love the procomp 6" lift! If you want to see some of the other parts and process you can look at my thread on the link below. :bananadance:

This is the one that's up on the front of the hood that caused so much damage. There are 5 spots like the one pictured above. The window visors rock!!

Thanks man. Progress will be slow as I'm trying to do it all at once. My last build I did lift. Then tires. Then more lift. Then bigger tires. Then more lift. So I'm trying to avoid that and just go all at once. That being said that's a lot of money and will be put off for a little while. But I do have big plans. Huge plans.

Ohhh. This one attaches underneath the hood as well. The part that damaged the hood was the clear vinyl that was supposed to protect it. I guess over time it just wore down so much and couldn't do it's job. I was able to make progress on it with my synthetic clay bar, and going to try some more later with a real clay bar.
