So my Tacoma got hit about a month ago. After being given the run around by the insurance company of the guy that hit me I got it taken to a body shop myself. Insurance company agreed their estimate but after stripping it down they have told me the frame is bent. Body shop trying to deal with insurance company about a replacement frame but im pretty sure they will wanna total loss it

So I'm looking at 4runners now. Found a nice one that's been professionally kitted out but has some high mileage. Anyone fancy taking a look at the add and giving me an honest opinion?
Should I be worried about the mileage?

The Runner is definitely nice... but the price is steep. What are your thoughts on the whole thing?

Very steep at that mileage. Better to get a stock lower mileage one IMO.

Price for mileage is my main concern. But one owner with 28 Toyota service records makes it tempting. Obvs been taken care of. The icon suspension and other bits is nice too. Guess will have to see what the insurance lowballs me for my truck and go from there. I'll keep shopping around until the.

So although 28 service records may seem like a lot, I don't, IMO, feel that it's really a whole lot. When I purchased my 3rd gen, I had probably +/- 100 records and I still add to my maintenance binder every time I do something to the vehicle. You're definitely justified in having concern for the price relative to the mileage, so just be 100% sure that your heart is really in buying it. I don't know the area you live in and what's for sale around there, but just remember there's always something better right around the corner.

Nice looking 4runner, but that price is egregious.

    That's a $5000 4runner with $3000 worth of goodies on it.

Definitely a sharp looking 4Runner. But that price is pretty steep.
