So my door will open from the inside, but not the outside. I replaced the door handle on the outside but no luck. When I try to open it, it will pull a little but the stops, like it is hitting a wall. It will only pull about a quarter of what it is supposed to.

You may have something connected in the wrong spot. I have replaced my door handles a few times and had to move the around to get it all lined up properly. I always check for function before re-installing the door panel. And I also bought 25 extra clips because mine always seem to break....

the door latch gets so much crap on it that they get difficult to operate. If you take the latch assembly out and clean it and lube it it should work again.
