    @Techoma Why not have your current trans rebuild? This way you know it's all good on the inside. Piece of mind is a huge benefit with those transaxles.

    The GF and I are going to be somewhere around there this weekend I think. Heading to the travel trailer near Roosevelt Thursday night, then probably mountain biking/wine tasting in Sedona and Cottonwood on Friday and/or Saturday. Maybe we can meet you guys somewhere? I am sure she would be down for hanging out for a bit, maybe doing some wheeling.

    I'm hoping to depart folr Sedona area Sat AM by like 9, and once up there, shoot down to some of the cliff swellings in Sedona. After that, head to Edge of the World which is closer to Flag, and takes like 2 hours to get to from the info I saw. Eat dinner , party a bit, then Sun AM eat, chill, pack up, and head home cia paved roads.

    From a Glamis friend of mine " Arizona Transaxle, Bill Kapatch is the best". 602-269-1444.
    Bill wants just the trans delivered to him. "Also Kevin McMullen 623-889-0233-He will pull it for a fee." I bought a used Fortin 5 speed from him years ago that he rebuilt for $10K!
    "Never use Don at Dons bus box."
    Back in SD my side business was pulling engines and trans to deliver to rebuilders.

    Now you need to 'guess' how much it will cost them multiply it by 3, then call Bill or Kevin.
    For a Mendeola 2D trans it was (5+ years ago) $375 for tear down and rebuild, $1000-$1200 for a ring& pinion. Then add seals, gaskets, and gears.
