    No I already have 4.30 gears. With 33s 4.30 is just right for me. My speedometer is even correct.

    That's good to know....I was thinking to go 4.56 but if 4.30 is just right I may reconsider.

    Depends on what you are using it for, if it is for mostly off-road go 4.56 or even 4.88s. Mine is my daily driver so 4.30 works for me.

    its been my DD for the longest....but I just picked up a base model reg cab Tacoma to help with my gas spending :D and so I can stop packing the miles on my rig.....regear is one of the last things I need to do, and expensive, so who knows when I will get to it.

    Video was several hours long, it has been sped up to make it shorter (still long). A few of the harder places are ran at real time.

    Got the front diff and locker installed today

    Had to pull the skid plates

    Could not believe the mud from the last trip that was still in the skids

    Next had to remove the hub lockers

    Pulled the snap ring off the CV shaft

    Next had to remove the 4 lower ball joint bolts

    Then swing the knuckle around to pull the CV out

    Pull the plug to drain the Diff

    Next, took a pry bar to snap the CVs out of the Diff

    Pulled both CVs out

    Next take out the nut circled in red, it holds the back of the diff to the cross member

    Next the 2 bolts that hold the front of the diff

    Drop the Diff out,
    Had to use the diff tube and the brackets from the old diff on the new one

    Remove the old seals

    Install new seals

    New diff with ARB locker installed

    Put the tube and the brackets on the new diff

    Install new diff in reverse order of taking it out

    I will be installing the ARB compressor tomorrow
