I have lived in Michigan my whole life, and have never had a Michigan dog. How in hell did I miss this. I do love a good Coney dog, yes with yellow mustard and onions. I even like a good Chicago dog. I gotta get me a Michigan dog.

 I get it ... for what it's worth, when we do chili dogs, the chili has to be no beans; topped with mustard and onions, sometimes cheese/sometimes not (optional)
    You would :p

Not really, my ketchup dogs are accompanied with sweet relish. It gets complicated...lot of variances in my hot dog protocol...when you have about 40 to 50 pounds of caribou made into dogs, you need variances. ;)
