Has anyone made a tilting fridge slide that locks it from tilting unless you press or pull a latch?

Getting locking slides is easy and using angle iron to make a frame and pad for the fridge to strap to.

Cant for the life of me figure out how to make a locking tilt function

I'm considering buying one of these to keep in the rear hatch section of my wife's 2017 Rav4. Can I wire this in and leave it, expecting it to run and stay cold 24/7? She drives her Rav daily, short and long distances. I probably won't get the biggest one, if that matters.

depends on your battery. I had my tf51 plugged into my tacoma with the stock battery while I was at work a few days last week. Morning commute is about an hour so battery was fully charged when I parked. The fridge was set with the high voltage cut off and had already cooled down to 32 degrees on the drive. It had shut off sometime within 6 hours. I just upgraded to a northstar 31m this weekend and it was on for at least 12 hours without starting the truck yesterday (starting temp was 54degrees when I turned on the fridge with the truck off, chilled down to 32 and stayed there).

TLDR; if you upgrade the battery and depending on which fridge you go with, you might be ok.

That's it, this deal is over. Group buy officially closed.

If you missed out don't pester the vendor asking for the discount, wait around for the next one. They might be interested in doing another sale around the holidays.

    it wasn't cheap 250.
I screwed up and bent the coolant hose and broke it off. had a local HVAC friend help me recharge it. we didn't replace the controller and it has been working better than before.
it was a chore finding the amount of coolant to put in but we got it.

    I still love this thing!
