IL: 2012 Nautical Blue DCSB TRD Sport with upgrade package

For sale is my 83,xxx mile, clean title (in hand) Toyota Tacoma sport 4x4 with upgrade package. It is Nautical Blue, Toyota certified to 100k miles, no accidents, two owner car. I'm 2nd owner, bought it at 20,xxx miles.

Asking $25,500 $23,500 obo (motivated seller, I'm more interested in selling sooner than later...so first reasonable offer with cash in hand will take precedence). *Depending on offer, mods listed below may not be included.

The good:
Fully loaded with grey cloth interior, with Entune with JBL premium audio, nav, XM, two package, etc. Mods on the truck include Access vinyl roll away bed cover, NFab step bars, Toyota branded Weathertech floor mats, Weathertech window rain guards, tinted windows, Toyota clear mask on leading edge of hood, 18 BFD wheel with Goodyear Wranglers, and has been Toyota maintained since I've owned it

Included with the sale but not installed are: bed tent (used 14 times), Toyota rubber mats, Toyota carpets, 18" OEM chrome clad Limited wheels (with OEM sized tires, less than 20k on them), and Walker Evan mid-travel suspension all around, AllPro leafs, new long SS brake lines.

The truck has been VERY trouble free since I bought it in 2013. I used it for DD, hauling car parts, towing my S2000s, and 14 camping/game-tracking trips into northern WI and MN.

The bad:
1. The truck has seen a hail storm a couple of years back and as a result has some dents from hail on the rooftop and the hood; the truck was used for my business, so I never made a claim nor got them fixed (insurance on a business vehicle was expensive enough already with a clean driving record and no claims).
2. Brake pads will need to be replaced soon.
3. Bed has seen its share of use; it's scuffed and has gouges here and there but is not torn anywhere and still fully covers the metal floor of the bed and sides.
4. NFab step bars are starting to rust.

My plan was to keep the truck for a long time and build it for long term and camping use. Unfortunately, I don't have any friends into camping or hunting interests like I do and son is growing up and not interested in camping (rather play basketball, Xbox, or anything beside camping or working on cars with his dad). I have 5 vehicles between two drivers, so wife says one has to go immediately. I packed a couple of bags for her and told her 'BYE', then she circled back and re-stated that one of the cars has to go.

Just got a dealership offer of $21k pending an inspection (back to stock); I'm willing to entertain offer above that with all extra OEM and aftermarket parts installed and uninstalled.

 

Anyone? An offer around $23k would buy this truck....I'd rather not deal with needing to swap out parts from the truck to go to the dealer and then have to try and sell some of the mods separately....anyone?
