Local borough has got me twice in last 10 yrs. Feds got me on the call every day routine for 3 weeks at a time, 3 times in a row about 9 yrs ago...then I quit answering their mail outs. No one ever called, or sent follow-up receipt required letters or anything. I haven't gotten anything from them for 5 yrs or more. I guess they figure I'm dead.

For the local stuff, there's a way out up here...just don't take the PFD (permanent fund dividend), but I don't mind the local stuff; even sat the grand jury for 3 months once. Actually was kind of interesting; I learned quite a bit. :)

Every track I have ever done I come out looking like I was in a cat fight different kind of hunting but :} We don't have badgers but we got tons of Barbwire to the point I have a pair of cutters in my track pack, we do have wonderful swamps though lol ugg.

There are several ways out of it just how committed to doing so lol .
Walk in ask where the white folk sit
State I do not know why I am here the cops arrested him/ her they must be guilty
    Ask what time prayers start
Or find out everyone in your family /wifes family etc who has ever been a victim of a crime when asked if you could be non biased explain well (Family Person) was victim of (Fill In Crime Here) don't lie though they can check lol
You could try a new one perhaps with this everyone wants to "Identify" as pick one LGBTQI or Race if that woman who was fired from the ACLU did well why not . So Identify as Amish or Mormon no criminal attorney in his right mind wants some one who will not listen to all the BS mitigating factors as to why johnny or janey broke the law lol .

The above are suggestions only if you use them and are arrested well you are on your own lol

    Good morning :pccoffee:

Multifloral Rose. Pa. planted a lot of it and so did many other States. It washed downstream to Md. and Delaware Md. tried to do a lawsuit against Pa. for it it is so invasive. The thorns will cut through Filson double tin and hook you when try to back out of it. At least here they have a pretty decent multifloral eradication program. Cold enough here that swamps are bogs, and many are scientific research areas. Wet boots are a way of life LOL.

    Want a better one ?
Delaware does not have any LEO lockups, County Lock ups etc etc you get arrested you come to one of the 3 Big boy houses/ 1 Big girl house . So that means since they call for a pool from the county the court is in and most of the people who work at the Big boy houses live in the county.. Yep you guessed it they call us for criminal JD and we are about instantly dismissed for interaction with the subject at work or familiar with the arresting officer and so on. I have only been called 3 times 2 state 1 federal , In my mind you would not want someone in the profession on the jury. According to my Father a lawyer might want one of us on there if the evidence is weak or there were glaring procedural errors don't know about that but I guess.

I am not sure of Mikes area but further up where I am out of you had best be retired as work is scarce . Which is why a lot of the houses etc are cheaper the further up state you go in Maine.

Make it fun she goes in she gets a small biscuit , play that game in and out with her a few times after a while you grab a biscuit she is likely to head to the kennel Lol Is an out door kennel run an option ? Not just for now but later if you want to go spend time at a BBQ etc ..
