I can't beleive they failed you on inspection for things like this... inspections here is a foreing word, you should see all the shit boxes on the road! And then you with condensation in the light get failed... :bananadead:

It's ridiculous!! I wish I lived back in FL and could register if there. Absolutely no safety inspection. On the plus side it's nice to know my brake pads were so low :anonymous:

I'm in CA right now for my younger brothers High School graduation, and I have a hell of a lot of things waiting for me when I get home. It's going to be like Christmas! I'm probably forgetting something, but here goes.
    • Air filter
    • Cabin air filter
    • Oil filter
    • Crush washers for both diffs and transfer case
    • Oil pump to transfer gear oil to diffs
    • Spark plugs
    • Spark plug wrench
    • Spark plug gap tool
    • Anti seize
    • Redline MT90
    • ARB snatch strap
    • Hitch shackle receiver
    • TRD manual shift knob
    • Everything for a RAM mount near my AC controls (mount linked in OP)
    • White Vinyl to wrap my rear bumper
    • TRD off road tow hook (Thanks @DrFunker!!)
    • Headlight butyl glue to reseal headlights after BHLM/moisture absorbing packets
    • Bluetooth module for the GTA car kit
    • New rack and pinion refurbished unit
    • Mirror riser from bird dawg

I think that's it! If anyone wants any links I'll be happy to post them.

Haha! I think there will be enough room for me to squeeze the pup in there too. I'd not, I'll have the wife ride in the bed and the tools in the passenger seat :D

Bro, you got more plastidip? I want to dip all the chrome badge stuff on my truck too, never got around to doing it. Help me, my apartment is full of old ladies that get pissed when they see me standing around my truck and they tell the apartments HOA. So annoying.

Sure do! You're welcome to come over and dip them if you want to. Can't believe they get pissed over stuff like that.

It's the greatest! And there's even more stuff arriving this afternoon!

Yeah I'm glad to be back behind the wheel of another Tacoma! The frame really worked in my favor I think. I think it scared away uneducated buyers who thought there was something terribly wrong with the truck, when in reality this is a great thing.

If found one like that I wouldn't have gotten new. I think you got an awesome deal on it.

Thanks man, so do I. It's got a couple little quirks to work out, but that's to be expected with a 17 year old truck! Plus it gives me plenty of projects to do. I'm going to be occupied until I have to go back to work on Wednesday.

Still researching the Sequoia wheels.... everything in internetland sez 5.5bs, and I've seen the stamp indicating 7.5" / 15mm offset, but this gent hand measured them at 4.5, (see link below) and he runs 285/75/17s, no spacers , and he goes hard in the paint. If there was rubbing on his UCAs he would know. Other than that I'm guessing alot chopping went down. When I get my hands on a set of these I'm going with a 255 series.
