Just understand that as of now, your truck is built for looks. With blocks and crap in it, it is not made for realistic off-road function in the long term. By you upgrading to these components will eliminate the dangers of these lifts when off pavement. You will have quality suspension that is designed to handle and function as one would expect.

Suspension is hands down the most expensive thing on my truck, but is also the most noticeable when driving. When you change your stuff up, you might find that just cruising on shity roads with cracks and inconsistencies will be fun. Mine is my DD and damn if its not a blast just flying around in due to my set up.

I know what you mean. On rampart range road in Colorado Springs is 20 miles of washboard gravel. Worst decision I ever made. Scenery was extraordinary. The whole truck felt like it was going to rattle apart. So I made my last payment on it 2 days ago so it's time to start modifying this beast into a worth off-roader but I don't want to lose my ride height because I've grown accustom to it and it helps in Houston because it floods here everytime a toilet overflows.

What leaf springs do you have? Any idea on good rear shocks that use factory moint location for a 6"lift? My google searches for 20 to 32" shocks keep taking me to chevy 2500 4" lift shocks. Anf i know those will be valved too stiff for a tacoma.
