Finished this up couple of weeks ago, never had a chance to share. We did a retrofit on our shop truck using our base projector option and switchback shrouds with color changing halos. Fully blacked out :)

These would run around 800, we use eagle eye brand sense we coat all our lenses we always go with aftermarket for money savings

Wow this looks awesome. Do you guys have any issues with the seals on these? Any moisture or fogging up? And do you control the light color with a switch?

Once in a while moisture happens but as much as we build the problem is a very little issue. Usually it's in states that have drastic weather changes and the headlight just needs to adjust

We coat the outside of the lens with ceramic coating too, to keep the lens looking new and protect it.

The color changing demon eyes are with a remote and just for show

Awesome thanks for the info brotha. You guys build any for 12-15 Tacomas that keep a similar DRL? Might be a dumb question, but I'd be interested in a set. I really like the look of the orange DRL's on our trucks, so I'd want to keep that, but in a retrofit set.

These look great. Do you mind providing some specs on what was used for the build?
I'm really curious how you were able to do the switchback as well as the color changing halos. I always thought it was one or the other. Thanks.

These are switchbacks with color changing demon eyes. The demon eye colors leak into the shrouds which is a cool effect. This build just used our simple h1 projectors

Mind if I ask what kind of demon lights you went with for this build?
Been looking at the Morimoto XBT 2.0 demon eyes and the Diode Dynamic RGBW's. Their going to be mounted in a set of D2S's and controlled by the XBT controller. I think compatibility wise the XBT's will be easier, but I do like the look of the RGBW's and the fact they have a light sensor that will turn off when the headlights are on.

We get ours from an overseas manufacturer direct. Ours give us a little less warranty hassle

These are the lights they did for me. Blacked out interior but the DRL are still amber/orange bulbs. Not quite as bright looking since the internals are black (i.e. non-reflective).
