Maybe an opportunity to learn the finer points of spotting? Or is spotting for pussies? I don't know. I'm new here.

Rock stacking is a skill too. Not to mention a great work out.

Dude up in the back in hat and sunglasses could pass for a young Randy "Macho Man" Savage in that outfit.

On this note, what would that list look like? I see blown CV joints and snapped axles are common for IFS, so carrying at least one seems like a no-brainer. What about ball joints? Having to be extracted from a remote location because my shit broke is high on my list of things to avoid. That and rolling and/or dying.

A lot of crap and too much money spent
weren't you having some issue with your truck on that run? I vaguely remember something was up with your truck on that slick rock run. Not issues like Ferny and Blake though. Only reason I know, I was riding with Budman in the as Jason puts it "the OTPHJ seat" :anonymous:

have tie rods (I need another inner). ball joint now that I have parts to put one together. We have people with suspension bolts that disappear before you know it. All have at least one cv, some two. Some with driveshafts, I still need to get a second. lots of cable ties and gorilla tape. ton of fluids and greases. tools. and people that know what they are doing under our trucks (not me).

I broke my sway endlink, it tore into my boot. No biggy once nick removed the sway, just a lil mess to be cleaned up the week later. Only needed a new boot.

That's @Robmonster117 's buddy. Good dude. Didn't have the same demeanor as Macho Man at all. Not questioning his machoness though.

Nice shirt! Maybe "My crock smells like stew" would be more accurate.

Nothing easy about that trail on 33's, 3.73's, and a manual transmission. And a house. @jqueener kept telling me to go slow in the lower rock garden, but I couldn't without stalling. It will be nicer this year.
