I dunno man, I can see them lights pretty good through all that there mesh.
Pretty sure I have seen all of them with the mesh still in place and it didn't seem to stop them from blinding me.

The difference was pretty obvious. I didn't really need the lights to begin with, but since nobody wanted to pick them up, i put them on.

Blocking half the light is like running 37s on a stock taco... No benefit other than saying you have it. I'll see if i can take a picture of the difference tonight.

I was sick of the crappy cover King seat covers so I got a new more comfortable cover.

If only this brand new harbor freight Dremel was as well... One side done, taking lots of breaks since the cooling system on the thing doesn't seem up to par.

Those are 5", 7" ones would be a tight fit. I guess that's one good thing about the third gen grill... You probably can get 12" rounds in there with room to spare.

A little better picture of the new seat cover. :D

If one must have an office, one must have a comfortable office chair.

    0607171644.jpg

Stock seats suck for any extended duration... Fine for daily driving, not for long treks. I find myself trying to adjust the lumbar with no luck.

Waiting on the Tacoma bracket and i ordered another same seat heater so i can put it in and it'll connect to the existing wiring. :bananadance:

I was going to have to spend $240 on a full front set of wet okoles to replace the pos cover King, so figured I'd spend a little extra and gain comfort.

I am as well. The wait will suck.

But I'll probably end up putting it in them taking it back out when the heater arrives.

Got a new switch for the HIDs.

    0608172005b.jpg

And installed a 2 source selector for the shower. Now I can pull from the on board water or from an external source. Check valve on the water tank side to keep any funky river water out, and will also allow me to rinse fresh water through the heater if i use other stuff.

I found a dual battery setup on Craigslist for cheap. After hearing what people spent on theirs, I didn't want to go that route until I saw this one.

Its pretty foolproof so I should have no issues.

I had to notch the hood a little, but its got hail damage anyways. :hattip:

Wow! Super clean install. You should definitely do a write up. I'm sure a lot of guys would redo their's like this. And since you're sleeping in your vehicle sometimes, you don't want to worry about fires. With the set up you've got… No way would that thing ever catch on fire. Your best work yet, man.
