Keeping Fabric top tonneau clean

Husky Weatherbeaters, BAK Revolver X2, front bedrail, Salex console tray, Predator Steps

I have a Bak Revolver X2 tonneau, which has a matt vinyl fabric style finish. My only complaint is the tonneau fabric is a dirt magnet. Can anyone recommend any sort of spray or treatment that will help protect the fabric and make it easier to keep clean?
