    I would not listen to the Toyota shuttle driver's advice on my truck.

    He says he was a tech for decades. He is confident he knows his business. So what?

    He has been a shuttle driver for the last 12 years, so I seriously doubt he is up on the latest engineering developments.

    Besides, did you ask for his recommendations? Killing time as a shuttle driver... he is bored. I think he's just talking because someone is listening.
