TRD Locker Exchange

So I have a 04 SR5 4X4 V6 and I want to get a locker for the rear end. I am considering buying this truck its a 2wd TRD but if the rear end ratio is the same (4.10) I could bolt it in and wire it up? And then take the TRD decals off so I don't get anyone mad at me and sell it. The only other concern is the truck has 137,000 and my truck has 70,000 so I would be putting an older and higher mileage rear end in, what say you?

I really don't intend any offense, but ... It strikes me that paying about 20+ times the money necessary to get your hands on a TRD e-locker rear axle assembly is not a bright idea. By the time you pay taxes, fees, etc., you'd end up being 'out' as much as being patient and tracking down the specific components you really want ... ... Or just going ahead and putting a different aftermarket locker unit on your '04 4X4. Then there's the issue of trying to recover your investment out of a 7-year old Double Cab from which you've removed one of the main selling points ...
