I just saw this guy at Lowes and picked it up. I was looking for a general kit to keep in the truck.

This is a pretty nice kit for $15. Could use some extra things but it's a decent start.

Something like 8mm - 24mm and the SAE equivalent. The sockets work for both. Don't know every single piece, have to look at the box.

May have to swing by Lowes tonight. Was JUST thinking about having no basic socket/tool kit in my cars as my old ones have been raided for those 10mm sockets that always love to go missing.

I think that kit, plus a few screwdrivers maybe some extensions and a breaker bar...decent kit.

Pretty sure I have now run down to my last 10mm which is a deep socket 3/8" drive. For when I need to use a 10mm, why area could I work in that allows a deep socket WITH an adapter to go down to 1/4" drive? Sigh. The struggle.

That's the same kit I bought. I added a screwdriver kit to the mix too.

For $15 it good, as for fixing that goes wrong on the side of the road, I'd keep it in the kitchen draw.

So I stopped at my local Lowe's that said they had 1 in stock and imagine to my belief it was not there. Anyone have pictures of the set? I just ordered it online from the other Lowe's in hopes they have it as I am not driving there to be let down again. Should I order another set for my other vehicle or is the set just ok?

Just got the pictures from the Lowes page. Only you can answer if you need another set or not.

I could always use another set. I'm just curious if it will be a $15 let down or are they good for the occasional wrenching

I checked em out in the store. They seem fine for emergency use for sure.
