I bought a set off someone here which looked new and if they had been installed had been run only a short time. Within a month it rained and I noticed water droplets inside the lens. They stopped working. I removed them and took them apart to dry them out. I greased up the rubber gasket to help with the seal and put them back in, they still didn't work.

I did buy them used and it did take me a couple of days before I took them apart, but they failed after the first rain.

I'll post a better pic with lights on .. I personally haven't had any issues with them, but I've only had them for a few months.

I really like the look but a bit concerned to hear that Bkinzey had a failure. Did you contact Caliraised?

Thanks for the pic Jojotoo, would be great to see them lit.

I didn't contact Caliraised over this issue. There is actually an earlier version of these lights & brackets. The early version were for ditch lights and couldn't actually be adjusted to shoot straight down the road. I didn't know this when I bought these used. I contacted Caliraised and since I was not the original purchaser he wasn't interested in helping me other to confirm they wouldn't adjust to shoot straight down the road.

So I guessed contacting him again would be a waste of my time.

For those with a second gen, did you have to drill holes? I just got the brackets and there’s a large bolt protruding from it that doesn’t line up with any existing hole...looks like I need to drill one...is this correct?

    Yes.

And just for the record on my previous posts in this thread, I contacted the guy who made the brackets and he gave me about a 50% discount on a set of new brackets. He also swapped out the fog lights for some new ones. I greased them as has been suggested and they have worked fine since.

Thanks! I was confused because I received the brackets but no hardware to mount it...Cali Raised emailed back and said they're sending them over. Appreciate the response!
