A friend posted this on facebook, just thought I'd share it.
This is what he said while driving.
"Toyota bailing out Ford......again. So while driving, the "intelligent all wheel drive" decided to not be intelligent and just quit. Light came on and the car decided to just go FWD. Lifeguards said it happened all the time to them so their agency switched to Toyota."

Look at the tires. Police "intercepter" models usually come with Goodyear Eagles or some other summer road touring tire.

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
Someone needs to give the lifeguards a lesson in recovery. Using the ball as a recovery point?!?

You could always hook it to the chain loops if that's better.

Did that police officer try using a floor mat? Maybe he didn't want to get out and get sand on the doughnuts.

All wheel drives are not 4X4's. 4X4's are not AWD. Lots of folks don't understand the difference. AWD does great on pavement that is wet or has light snow on it. They simply can't keep up for serious off road use. 4X4 is great for off road use, but should never be used on pavement unless it is covered with several inches of white stuff.

Police suvs around me are usually lower and have smaller tires than the normal suv. But it's always nice seeing a taco pulling a ford!

    That rope though!

You would think so right? The problem here is that people bury their ashes after a beach fire, it stays hot for days under the sand and looks normal on top, then gives you second degree burns when you walk over it.

ah so fire pits = holes in the sand. that makes more sense... i was thinking there's steel fire rings or the like provided, not just any old place on the beach.
