265/75-16 tires 2" lift. Highway it's right around 19. Some trips I get up to 21 on rare occasions. I use to consistently get 21 highway.

It's weird how some get 21 and others get worse , I have a 07 access cab , stock tires (Yokohama geo landar's at 34psi) and get around 17 ish , if I use the AC it drops to 15 ish

I'm soon doing plugs and air filter so we'll see if that helps

non adjusted means you are actually getting around 16mpg which aint bad.

The ONLY time you will get 21mpg (especially on a 4x4) is stock tires, stock lift height, and cruising flat at 60-65mph.... anything faster than that mpgs decline tremendously.

Mine with E rated BFG's will do 21 at 60 mph on relatively flat ground. Drops like a rock above 60 though. Or add wind and hill climbs and it drops like a rock.

Damn that's good ! The elevation helps mpg or hurts ? You were 4000 feet lower or higher (I'm guessing lower since you said loss) . I'm at about 740 ft above sea level

Started around 7k ft and ended at 3k ft. aka downhill... so definitely helped. My normal driving is from like -2ft above sealevel to 800ish ft here in ventura county.

But yeah... mpgs fall like a ROCK past 60mph. Ill pull 19ish if i stick to 65-67..... 70mph its down to 18. 75, its 16.5.... 80 is down to 15

Yea I'm def seeing that as well , 60-62 actually seems like a sweet spot . I have to do plugs and air filter on my truck soon . I'm hoping doing that will bring it up some . It seems like I'm downaround 17.6 ish avg , I know it's a 4x4 I just want to know it's getting the best it can

I have averaged 18.2 over the 50+k miles i have logged.... the ONLY thing that has ever made mpgs better.... keeping speed under 65. Everything else has never done shit.

15mpg, does not seem to matter if I'm driving mostly in the city or on the highway, I get almost exactly 15mpg no matter what.

2009 DCSB with 285/75/17 tires and 2" lift.

This, and keeping the rpms under 2k when accelerating. If I'm paying attention I can get 20+mpg easy when I keep the speedo at 65mph.

Yea you got slightly bigger tires than stock with your lift (bigger brick basically )

18.2 is not far from my 17.2 actually . I just want to know the truck is at its most "efficient" and I'm not wasting money when I could say just add new plugs and get better . You understand where I'm coming from ? It's a 4wd truck , pretty much a rolling brick . I want the most efficient brick I can get lol

I have been at 15.6mpg in mixed city/highway. I'm probably going on a road trip soon, will see how it does all freeway. Bed will be loaded with gear and baby stuff. Will be going uphill to our destination. On the way back will be nearly all downhill, so that will help.
