well, i bought a throttle body spacer for my cold air intake. not expecting much gain just curious, only paid around 40 bucks for the volant

 

Unpacked it from this weekends camping trip.

Washed and quick detailed the exterior and vacuumed and wiped down the interior.

 

Called the retrofit source about an order and ended up having to reorder because my original order didn't go through, the guy ended up driving a Tacoma too and gave me 10% off. Tacoma owner perks

 

Installed a bed security lock I bought from @scleaf !

 

finally mounted my Pelfreybilt Hybrid bumper!!!

 

Have fun and ffs get some dirt on that stuff. Too shiny.

"Pussified" my truck today and put on some baby tires for DD duties. 33" to 31" makes me cringe, though the better acceleration and ride quality are nice. Throwing some steelies (haven't decided what color to paint) on the mud terrains and just going to swap whenever I head to Windrock or similar.

THAT IS SWEET

 

Got the air brush out last night and decided to repaint my front fancy parts. Took me forever to actually get this done because I was having a hard time figuring out exactly how to get the white and red in the TRD logo to pop. All the model paint I could find was very dull and had no gloss. It looked like crap when you have something put on with a brush inside of air brushing, you see every brush stroke looks horrible. The other day I was at my buddies shop and he has a vinyl sticker making machine, gloss white and gloss red vinyl sticker. He gave me some scraps I can cut to perfect size.

Like a tard last year I did not clear coat seal them, so they did not last even a year before needing to be redone. Clear coat a gogo this year after I do a little sanding and one more coat tonight of orange.
