I took Brian's advice and put a jack under the bellhousing. Helped a bunch.

Have any miles on this thing yet? How's it feel with the gears?

I have literally been driving in circles since Saturday, just got back from a 40 mile loop, got 250 total. Need to get the 500 by Wednesday before heading west to fish this weekend. Feels awesome, around town it is super peppy, and can actually hold a gear going up hills. Went up to Georgetown after work and was able to maintain 65 up Floyd hill in 3 instead of dropping to 2 and screaming.

Only downside I can see will be UT and WY interstate driving, 80 mph will put me at 2800 rpm. 70 and I am right at 2500 and feels pretty good but I know mpgs will suffer.

I love being regeared for everything but the interstate, which I drive rarely. Going across UT at 85mph and 3500rpm gets old.

What trail are we breaking in that front locker on? You should be able to go anywhere now.

Dunno, I want to do Grizzly some time this summer for sure and make it up that fuckin ledge, even if you have to winch me up, we are going to the lake. Holy Cross would be a good one too. I think I may give Spring Creek a go in the next couple of weeks after work if I can find someone else willing to go, a few place to make use of it there. Still too much snow for much else at this point.

That damn ledge. My driveshaft needs some more dents in it to rebalance it from the last time. Iron Chest too?

A good weekend would be Richmond Hill>Taylor>Tin Cup>Griz>Iron Chest, with Billy Baldwin or Antero if there is time.

Get on down to the front range.

Man screw iron chest. Went on that trail once and I won't do it again. Just hated it. Felt like I was getting beaten to death and with it being up one way and back down the same with no where to pull off if someone is coming up or down it ain't worth it.

Also didn't help my tcase kept popping into neutral. My passenger said it was one of the best rides he ever had 4wheeling :rofl:

I love my 4.56s and 33's at corrected 80, not speedo 80. What ratio did you have some jackass put in again?

LOL, 4.88, I was using GPS above, so corrected. That jackass must have done a good job, nothing has blown up yet.

Need to find a place with a SRS code reader and see wtf is going on.

Unrelated, tore another CVJ boot, no tears marks or hitting anything, seems to have just given up the ghost. This is just 2 weeks after replacing the other side. I eleceted to jsut get a whole new CV since this one has 4 or 5 years on it. The other side I had CVJ just replace the boots, kinda wish I had gone for the full CV on that side too, oh well.

Yeah, not sure what is going on, looked at both the sensors on the radiator core and they look to be fine based on looks, not sure if they have a shock sensor or some intermediate fault before deploying the bags. I did smack the rock pretty hard, but no more so than other times without any airbag issues.

i think they're impact sensors so if you hit it hard enough it'd fault.

Impact registered in occupant detection. It now requires a re-calibration.

I don't think there is a way do do it without a Techstream or Techstream Lite. I have not purchased a techstream light so for me it is dealer only work. I have not seen a way to calibrate it without yet.
