Damn a few years ago just got back from overseas was 220 10% body fat turn of this year was 290ish. Been working out again an tightend up diet down to about 235 it's tough since I sit down all day. Good luck brotha.

 

Are there any gyms other than Golds where one can pay $30? I feel like Austin has a crazy gym scene where people are willingly paying $50+. Not even the commercial gyms are the same prices as other cities.

 

I pay $50 a month for me and my wife at LA Fitness

Granted, Ive only used it 3 times....shes goes 3-4 times a week

 

LA was offering me something similar....for just me. And that is not including the bullshit "initiation" fee.

 

Yeah, it really sucks.

I used to be a gym rat like none other

Since my arm snapped, I havnt had much of a drive

 

Luckily my company pays for my Golds membership, but I think Planet Fitness has single memberships for $10/mo and if you want to bring a guest it's $20/mo. Just confirmed that with my coworker who has a membership there for his son that is 16. But the quality of gym is probably not as nice.

 

If you're really serious about working out you gotta go to the ONNIT Gym sometime on Freidrich Ln. SUPPPPERRR AWESOME!!! and LOTS OF HOTTTTIEEESSS! But they charge like $200+ per month for a gym membership. I call it the celebrity gym because you can always see celebrities working out there. Ken Block when he comes to town, The Undertaker works out there regularly, Aubrey Marcus owns the joint with Joe Defranco. Joe Rogan pops in a few times a year for a podcast or while in town for a comedy show. Place is legit and they have sweet but $$$ gear

 

Just got passed over a double yellow in a NEIGHBORHOOD by some bitch, who then proceeded to wait until we turned onto Lakeline (45 mph) to brake check me after a yellow light causing me and two others to lock up their brakes. What the bloody fuck is wrong with people?.. makes me want to carry spark plug ceramics in my truck my god...

Anyway, brings me to my question, any options for dash cams? Any of y'all run em? Pros cons of your model?

Does what I need it to and have had to supply a video for evidence before in an accident. luckily I wasn't in the accident but I happened to catch it. Oh yeah and I got it for free because I wrote them a 5 star review on amazon Just email the seller and ask if they have any promotions for a "honest" 5 star review. I couldn't believe it truthfully...made me feel like I was VIP status or some shit like that.

Walnut Creek is great fun! Riding that one at night is actually HELLA fun! Much much cooler, and absolutely no people. Ive run the greenbelt at night and its freaking hard, but once again, no people and much cooler.

Good reviews on Reddit's /r/dashcam as their 'budget' cam. Video quality is actually pretty good...and at that cost, I don't care if it gets stolen.

 

So in short yes... your bike is dope like your truck!

 

Yeah, I can send a video from mine if you want sometime... just make sure you get a mirror mount instead of the crap mount it came with.

 

I'm going to be checking into these dash cams ASAP. Some crazy lady tried to merge into my lane while she was directly next to me this morning and then proceeded to follow me all the way down the freeway almost to my work. Screaming at me the whole time and swerving/brake checking when she got in front of me. Bitch was off her rocker and very lucky she didn't get introduced to the business end of the .45 this morning. I had decided if she followed me into the work parking lot I was calling the cops before I stepped out since it was likely she would come at me.
