"if you previously paid for frame replacement for rust perforation that satisfies the Rust Perforation Standard on a Subject Vehicle and were not otherwise reimbursed"

So only if you previously replaced it yourself out of pocket (and did so prior to 1-1-17). The rest of us still have a year or 12 years after in service date whichever is longer, to get inspected.

    edit: should be 1-3-2017

    ^^^ This.

If you are not seeking reimbursement for frame replacement you paid for previously there is no need to "file a claim" or do anything to be covered under the Brian Warner, et al v. Toyota Settlement Agreement (though you must have purchased your '05 to '10 Tacoma prior to 12/2/2016)--just wait for Toyota to notify dealers of he procedures (and most importantly billing codes), then make an appointment to have your frame inspected...

Slight correction, it's for expenses incurred prior to 1-3-2017

Glad I found this thread. Just left the dealer from getting the leaf spring recall and they said my frame is looking pretty rough. Just to clarify, as long as we haven't paid for any frame rust issues to date, we just need to sit back and wait for the ruling on this "settlement"? No need to call or sign up anywhere until the ruling is confirmed?

    Thanks

That is correct--and you must have purchased the truck prior to 12/2/2016...
