3rd Brake Light Wiring HELP!!! please..... 2013

I thought this would be easy but none of the threads I've found reference the same color scheme as mine has. I added an image. Hopefully image appears. I oriented up as up, see arrow.

I am leaving x-country in a couple days and running out of time for things to do and need to at least do this quick! I'm sure it's a simple wire splice but am clueless as to which I need to do.

The brakes are the middle ones with the white, green and red/green.

I see references to blacks and whites else where.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Green/red is brake light and white/black is ground.

Now I gotta figure out the LED light bar. Not all lit up. Figuring a complete replacement...
