I feel like he pulls up at least 10 ulua a month, and C&R most of them unless they die. plus, he has a sick SAS'd first gen

Really? Didn't know this, because I've definitely seen a few out there before. Is this something new?

Edit: Could copy and paste videos of proof, but don't want to get the guys busted if it's truly not allowed or illegal.

 

Yes, it's a new rule. The hikers/bikers were complaining of noise pollution and the old-school fishermen were getting upset.
