You can always add it later on to what you already have if you want to. Another plus to the spindle lift is that those spindles are beefier than stock spindles.

Why this setup over 5100 all around if I may ask? I'm new to it all if you can't tell.

    ^ Very well put!

Spindles are great for that reason, and 4" of pure ground clearance is a huge plus

Larger diameter body which holds more oil to keep everything running cooler

@LOLLY I think you just described my next upgrade. All I need are the spindles and extended brake lines. I have 2 more leaves I can add to the pack already.
No worries @Fedup13 a lot of us are new to this. Lol

I was gonna start with the 5100 all around should I do a spindle kit instead? I just bought my truck, is a daily driver and I wasn't planning on off-road because I thought it wasn't possible but if I can do some mild stuff that would be great.

It all depends on how high you go on the rear. I have the stock TSB leaf back with a 3pack progressive add-a-leaf and my stock brake lines still seem long enough. I picked up both of my rear tires at the same time by putting the jack on the tow hitch to let the suspension stretch out. Everything seemed fine to me.

True track isnt a locker, its an LSD which once you get a tire off the ground it worthless. I've installed a TON of ARBs

It's a great starting point being that it doesn't mess with you suspension geometry. It relocates the front wheels lower which in turn raises the front of the truck. Keeps the exact ride you have currently. Downside is you need aftermarket wheels to clear the spindle, and unless you're cool with a bro-lean you'll need to lift the rear as well.

"If I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die historic on the fury road!"
My first mod was 5100 all around, did really good for light offroading. But then i wanted more travel and better ride off-road, but I'm in the dirt at least a few times a week. I'm now at Icons w/ resi, UCA, spindles, shackle flip & trutrac...and a few smaller things (Really happy with what it can do now!) I've only had a rear wheel in the air maybe twice so far but easing the e-brake in will get you going again with a wheel in the air and the trutrac (as long as the wheel on the floor has decent traction).
