True, so when do they start to involve the mods? I'm sure @jberry813 is up to the task

That's what I thought. So why complain about Zach? I mean, are there not enough people already doing that, people that actually are waiting for delivery?

Why complain about someone complaining? He wasn't even complaining we were just thinking out loud, which is basically what a forum is.

Nothing worse than a guy who stands next to the circle jerk and just complains about how much it sucks.

It can be against FTC regulations to collect and settle funds for an eCommerce transaction and not provide accurate order completion estimates and frequent communications with reasonable expectations and changes to delivery times. https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/bus...s-guide-ftcs-mail-internet-or-telephone-order

ie. you can't settle funds from someone's credit card for an online purchase and not respond via email about the status of the transaction or any changes to lead times outside of the stated website 4-6 week messaging

That's what I'm saying. I'm defending Zac 100% because he has always made it right someway or another and he makes a great product. But then when I saw he wants to take on new orders when others have been waiting months after the lead time has "expired" that's where I draw the line.

I bought a prinsu earlier this year, waited 6 weeks, saw the build quality... Sold it and got a front runner.

Don't waste your time. Some ppl just don't know how to manage a business.

Also for future, please use the report button as opposed to simply tagging one or multiple staff members. Its the fastest way to get the staff's attention in the least confrontational way.

To everyone who is waiting for an order or considering an order here is my current situation:

    1) Lead times have slowly grown from last fall till now. I never expected this growth from a side business and have done my best to manage it. That being said there are still some growing pains. There are some changes in the works for PRINSU that will take care of most of the areas that I have fallen short in but those things are still gaining traction and will take a bit longer to fully kick in.

    2) I am still taking orders, and I am still fulfilling orders. Some peoples orders may take longer that I originally had told them and for that I apologize. I am working to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

    3) If you are not willing to wait for one of my racks then I don't blame you for going elsewhere. I understand that long lead times can be difficult when you want to get out and do things. Especially when lead times go past what you were told. If at anytime you would like to cancel your order I am always open to do so. I will never take anyone's money and run, not who I am. If there is a problem email is the best way to contact me. I try to get on the forum often too but you can understand how difficult it is trying to figure out the status of an order based on somebody's TW screen name. If you can email me it helps keep all my communication in one place which makes it faster for me to respond and organize and thus get more racks shipped out on a better timeline.

    4) Despite needing the growing pains I am going through to improve customer service, I still stand by my product. It is the most versatile, well made roof rack system you can get for the money. Sure there are other options out there that are solid platforms and great products but they are both more expensive, and most are made over seas. They also increase prices almost yearly. Since I dialed in our system with the current options pricing has stayed the same, even though costs go up. This is due to my belief in providing you guys a great product at a fair price. Everything I sell is still designed, machined, assembled, etc in the US.

    5) For all those who have been supportive of PRINSU and patient with the growth process I appreciate it. I also appreciate the TW staff for their support in allowing me to grow the product here.
