    hey there everyone...
unsure if this has been covered here before - my apologies in advance if it has, but this thread is 627 pages...
currently i'm adding about 280# to the rear of the truck: rci bedrack (100#), tepui kukenam sky (130#), & a curt hitch (50#)...& this without camping gear...
other than bilstein 5100's all around with the front set at +1 3/4" for leveling, the suspensions is stock on the 2015 4wd dcsb...
is this setup going to make the rear sag noticeably? if so - any not too involved/expensive remedies (AAL)? definitely need to avoid the nose sky high look while loaded for camping...
    thx!

it really depends on what prior stress you've put your stock leaf pack through. my take is once you are loaded up with all the camping gear, your rear is going to be about 1-2 inches lower than the front. you may be in for a rough ride as well. I've kept the stock rake on my truck for this reason. I say load it all up and take a look. then go from there.

Can anyone point me in the direction for a lighting solution for your bed or a page in this thread? I just purchased a RTT and All Pro Apex Rack from member and was wondering what route people were going for lighting their bed. I was thinking of adding some cube lights to my rack pointing down diagonally from one another. I figure that'd throw tons of light to illuminate my entire bed.IMG_3385.jpg IMG_3373.jpg

That seems like it would be a lot brighter than necessary. It's never dark during camping season here so I haven't run into that problem yet.

Using these in tent and in bed. Had to buy better double sided tape to mount it.

Nice, I was checking those out after seeing the interview from Expedition Overland at Expo West. Is it worth the price tag? Or did you go with a different model?

i saw it, and instantly had to have it.

    tailtager tire table!

    http://www.tailgatertiretable.com/

I think so. Considering how much i spent on a table that would collapse down small enough to not be intrusive in the 4runner, this is a little more but is definitely sturdier, i feel better cooking on a metal top than plastic, and it takes up less of a footprint than my folding table.

I didn't get a ton of pictures out at the show, but a guy next to me had easily 70lbs of cast iron on it while cooking and experienced no issues. it's sturdy.

btw i fit it on my 33" duratrac and someones 35" and it was snug

Those with a trailer. Would you rather have the bars detachable or solid welded for the rtt. I'm in a debate with myself on this one

Main concern with bolt on is going to be using a riv-nut and have water getting into the main tube.

    Pic for attention
