So, when do we get word on the new GB.

 

they said it would probably come out in a new thread. hopefully who ever sees it first can tag some of us in it and we keep taggin others so we all dont miss it!

Sounds like this group buy was a one of a kind, one time only GB.

 

Wow. Whatever they lost in margin last time, im sure they made up for in volume.
On the flip side, with the new advancements in the 2nd gen ecu, hopefully there will be more options for people out there.

 

Magnuson is probably tired of people calling and emailing griping about the crap tunes.

I can also confirm. Got the message in my inbox from Tim (TRD SPARKS). sucks but my first thought was also the tune issues; they probably didn't want to go through another round of that haha (I wasn't gonna go with the BD tune anyway) Time to start price comparing. . .

 

I would see what gadget will be up to since people seem to be able to get into the ecus now.

I got my supercharger from urd on Black Friday sale. Was only $200 more then group buy.

 

how much did that amount to? (I tried to PM you but it wouldn't let me (???))

I called Gadget to order just a UCON. I was going to wait for the GB. However, Gadget said he was almost out of UCONs and he couldn't sell me one. Only if I ordered a S/C would he sell me the UCON.

I said to hell with it and ordered them. Also ordered a 2.85 pulley and fuel pump upgrade.

Gadget did knock $100 off because I bought the S/C and the UCON together. It's not 20%, but it's something.

 

Thanks, I tried callin him this evening (im in Afghanistan so idk what time it is there off the top of my head). Got someone in the warehouse who transferred me to sales or tech but no one picked up.

I was looking at ordering both as well. I understand though if I do NOT get the 2.85, im fine with the factory fuel pump. Do you know anything different?
