Nobody trying to grow a business is going to ignore problems with that growth. That's when they fail, and demand doesn't keep your door open if you can't manage things properly.

Anyway.. 10 people operate a business 10 different ways.

Point is, this way doesn't work for anybody and the problems are the same problems they've ever been.

Hopefully he acknowledges that and adjusts and people get what they've paid for. Don't care much about future orders, but leaving people hanging with their wallet out isn't something TW has ever been okay with, not any different with this vendor than the others.

I don't have a dog in the fight, just not ignoring the obvious. If he changes things, great. If not, sucks for everyone waiting to be made whole. New orders don't matter when old orders aren't closed.

 

People are dumb, can't be forgotten.

I care less about this than it must seem, just not a fan of the pointless reply after a thread lock from admin and people saying thanks, you're the man.

He hasn't done anything, hasn't fixed anything, hasn't addressed anything. At least not here, where paid customers have been asking him what the deal is.

 

Read his post. He gave everyone the option to cancel with a full refund.

Some of you have nothing better to do than sit here and vilianize the guy.

I guarantee his motives are in the right place. He's not intentionally trying to screw anybody.

I'm also not sure why some of you feel like you need to be the TW police. I don't see a green moderator icon by your username.

You can choose to make it a personal issue for yourself, all anyone else cares about is that people get what they've been paid for and they're given reasonable communication when they don't get what they paid for. Nobody said he's intentionally screwing anybody, either.

Basic requests.. like send what has been paid for, and return emails for problems or order issues and not just emails when someone is spending money.

If you think I'm saying something I shouldn't, report me. Otherwise, turn the sensitivity down.

 

All of that is understood. Communication is key. But don't you think that horse has been beat to death?

The dude is going to make good on his orders. He's probably in his shop right now, and probably every night, just like I am.
