I am thinking of the angel food cake in my kitchen, but that is likely a bit off topic here.

I am out of ideas myself after searching every thread I could find with these keywords. My measurement from hub to fender is 15ish when I measured the other day. I don't think an aftermarket LCA would make any difference and would be overkill for my needs. I will just wrench on it in my spare time and eventually narrow it down. Thanks for the input guys!

That can't be right. Factory is about 20." When I first installed my lift and after one day of driving, center hub to top of front fender is 23" in the front.

With 15" from center-hub to fender lip, your 31" factory tire would be partially hidden inside the front fender, sedan style.

Shoot, sorry that measurement was from the lip of the rim to the bottom of the fender. The measurement from center of hub to bottom of fender is about 23.5".

You could always lower it .5" and see if that gives it some relief!

^^ I may try that. When I first installed it I put about 75 miles on it at the factory setting and cannot recall if it did this or not. It was about a week before I cranked the coils up.

Dave do you think if it were the bushings that I would hear it going forward and reverse say in and out of a parking spot?

Yeah I saw this thread. I don't have any of that...the noise is never present unless going over bumps almost like it would be ball joints. Thanks for that though.

I would just like to add that I recently Installed 5100's with OME 885's last friday. I got an alignment saturday and went wheeling sunday + monday.
I didn't notice the same mentioned popping noise, not even after a decent jump on sunday, until MONDAY when I was wheeling around in the desert and took a dive off a 3 foot sand cliff.
NOW when I was driving along a road with a bunch of little bumps in the same desert I could hear a little pop every time I went over a bump and hit the back side of it (where the truck would dip the most)
I would also like to add that on the install I took off the sway bar and didn't reinstall it.
Im hoping you find a solution to this but If not I will also be doing some wrenching to see If I can't find it on my own :)

I know this is a very late entry to this thread and I don't know if you have figured out your specific problem or not. With that being said, I installed OME kit with 885 coils and LR UCA's. I also have a clunk when the wheel droops. I have come to the conclusion that it is just topping out the shock. I went through many of the same steps you did for resolving it: Sway bar relocate, new uca's, actually spinning the coil on the assembly to make sure uca wasn't contacting coil. After all that, it was still there. Now I just go over speed bumps & such more slowly.

Just for reference on my '16 Tacoma with Fox non-resi standard travel coilovers. My factory measurements (hub to fender) were 20.5 inches stock. Adjusted the foxes to achieve an inch lift (21.5"). I get a slight clunk occasionally over speed bumps. My clunk sounds more like the springs doing their thing. Definitely not a pop.

You're 3 inches higher than a '16 tacoma....may wanna take some lift out of your coilovers and see if that helps.

Either what he said, or go the opposite route. On my build I gussetted the spindle, LCA mounts, and upper coil bucket, then did heimed ucas, heimed sway bar end links, and a thick aftermarket front sway bar so it won't bend. But the issue is most likely those sway bar bushings.
