I thought i read somewhere that one of these bumpers wont work or line up nicely if the truck is lifted, or was that something else completely?

Sorry if this has been asked already but which one requires the least amount of cutting on the bumper cover?

I think SSO but it looks to be the most tedious. All of them have a no going back cut.

2" lift, 285/70/17 BFG TA KO2's, baja bumper, bedrack with swing out, CVT RTT, Leather interior, heated seats, JBL, remote start, K&N intake, Hood Scoop LED lightbar mod.
All of them pretty much require about the same amount of cutting. The main difference between ours and the others is that our bumper is designed to cover the edges of the cut area instead of fitting inside the cut area. This leaves a much nicer looking finish and doesn't require the tacky looking rubber edging to fill the gap between plastic and steel bumper.

Just pointing out the differences between ours and the others when it comes to fit and finish.

But you left out you do cut out more of the plastic then you do with SSO slimline just pointing the difference's in the extra cutting! You cant go wrong with either one!

Does anyone have experience using the TRD Pro skid plate in conjunction with one of these 3 bumpers?

I'm hoping the Relentless bumper works, as I really want the winch opening to be perpendicular to the ground. But their website says "TRD Pro skid plate not yet confirmed."

I have to run a front plate and I don't like the look of an angled plate. I'm not sure if a flip-up plate mount would be strong enough to hold the plate vertical out from an angled surface or if aerodynamic drag would push it flush.

Good to know the SSO is a backup option. Thanks! If I go that route I might be asking you for help with a plate mount similar to yours. How is it holding up?

If you have ours and have some pics that would be great!

Edit: looks like you have a different one, but if the TRD skid mounts similar to the regular factory skid it shouldnt be an issue.
