Well, good morning folks. I woke up at 0415 hrs and decided to stay home. It's my off season and, dammit, I'm going to treat this off season accordingly. I'll still pull OT, but I need to gear it down a bit and take it easier on myself. The last 3 years were just a blur.

Pulled out a pack of maple caribou sausage ... anyone ever done biscuit gravy with maple sausage? I've always used the chorizo or at least sage stuff for gravy.

hmmm...I'm gonna give it a shot and see what it tastes like.

    Yes I am...funny you typed Andy...did I ever tell ya'll this story? ...

When I worked at the Air Force Rescue Coordination Center back in the late 80's into the early 90's, they nicknamed me Andy (short for my last name Anderson). I worked with this one Major on the same shift rotation for well over a year, when one mid-shift I had to write a check for something. Major Locklear looks over my shoulder and says, "your first name is Robert, I'd have swore your full name was Andy Anderson." Always remember that moment for some reason, I found it funny. I'll attach a pic of my coffee mug from there as supporting evidence of my story. :)

and the other side for @Cold Iron
