Havent been on my profile lately but as I dive deeper into the modifications I'll be sure to keep sharing.

Currently I've got the tough country 4 inch lift, 18x12 method double standard wheels, 33 in Toyo M/T's, Rigid LED fog light kit, and a Rigid front bumper mounted 30". (havent taken any good pics with the new lights)

Its also a 6-speed and I LOVE it that way!

Had some fun in the snow Thanksgiving weekend up in Tahoe near Pole Creek.

    Nice look,

What did you do for your grill? Weighing out options now. That looks like a blacked out stock one yeah?

had to cut back on the frame where it juts out at the back of the front wheel wells. welded a plate back on and painted it black.

    no one has ever noticed

Finally got to putting a list together of all the stuff i plan on ordering over the next few months.. and this was done with in depth research lol now i know what I want:

    WARN Zeon 10-S
    AP Apex Sliders
    MBRP Turn Down Exhaust
    K&N CAI
    URD Short Throw
    Trasharoo
    MaxTrax
    KrazyBeaver Shovel
    Maybe a softopper

No bedrack or RTT for me... I take my dirtbike with me everywhere I go ;)
BajaKits Prerunner kit and McNeil glass fenders for LT in my dreams :anonymous: that goes along with a Supercharger... which will probably never be developed.

Have my SwitchPro SP-8100 sitting at home with some Raptor style lights for the grille, 30" still waiting to be mounted below grille lol, Rigid midnight edition pods for ditch lights, and Code3 work/chase lights to mount between the rear bumper and tailgate.

This is also in a random order.. ill order here and there as i can. Here she sits now --

    MISSING ANYTHING IMPORTANT?

Installed my Switch Pro SP-8100 and wired up all my lights ;) the fogs have been in for a while - needed the right switchboard though! those Rigid switches suck. Installed the 30" bar, the Midnight Edition cubes as ditches, and the 3 smoked ambers across the grille :)

edit: not 3 ambers... 2 turned out to be red LOL. Time to make a new wiring harness :anonymous: didnt realize it had multiple colors in the bag

do you need something in addition to the switch pro to wire the individual wires from the lights like the seafoam ones ive seen? not very familiar with wiring...

I'm not too sure what you mean by "the Seafoam ones" if you'd like to clarify lol

BUT i ran each with the factory Rigid Industries wiring harness up to the switch pro wiring harness in the engine bay. i then tucked them all away in wiring loom and used a zip tie every 8 inches of so if there was somewhere for me to get one in just to keep it clean and tucked away.

Once i had all the ends for each light coming out of the loom at one spot just near the harness I cut all the ends off...

At this point I have no idea which wire is which because there's 12 wires hanging out. So - since im right next to the battery i just held down the bare ends onto the battery terminals to see which would light up, then labeled as such.

The Switch Pro kit comes with a bunch of butt connectors (nice ones actually, made with heat shrink) so once you have all your wires labeled just match them up and connect to the wire of your choice *based on the VERY SIMPLE wiring diagram included showing which button controls which wire.

I also connected all of the grounds for all of the lights in one big eyelet connection and bolted it down with the battery's ground.

there are two wires that got a little tricky for me... one is a light wire and the other is ignition. The instructions say to find a running light wire and any wire that has 12v upon ignition but i REALLY didnt wanna cut my factory harness so I used my running light fuse and the EFI fuse runs at about 13v. Then i wrapped both in electrical tape, a little ticker where the box would smash it, then notched a little V into the fuse box lid and box so the two wires could fit out and still close the lid with a tight fit around the tape.

to make it look really clean and actually make it much easier on yourself make sure you have *extra* butt connectors (preferably those made with heat shrink), mini torch/lighter, electrical tape, wiring loom, zip ties, wire cutters, crimps.

that was A LOT but i think i covered it all.. im in norcal too feel free to hit me up to do shit, i love wrenching, i just cant always afford the stuff i want to wrench

lol yeah the seafoam is a company that makes water tight control boxes for wiring... so basically what you're saying is the switch pro kit had everything to wire up the lights with no additional items needed... im stationed at Travis AFB you seem to be way up north like ureka area basically Oregon lol

guess i wrote all that for nothing then hahahaha yeah it comes with everything. The only thing i would have had to buy would be the loom and more zip ties.

no way man!! im down in the bay; redwood city. im like right between sf and sj. Used to live in Portland, thats why I have the Oregon plates.
im in tahoe and auburn a lot so i drive right through there
