    We have been talking about how much easier a lot of things would be if we just got a truck. Finally applied for a check, got it and then almost let it expire without going through with a purchase.

    2015 with what we were looking for came along and we jumped in.

    Have already read mostly through the newb thread. Picked up a hose clamp and some 1/4 aluminum stock for the slider. Stuff for Saturday morning along with flipping the spare tire.

    Other major thing on the agenda is finding replacements for the stock steel wheels. They may be the apples of some folks eyes but they kind of hurt mine. ;)

    Anyways I look forward to all the info I can get out of the various applicable forums here.
