Toytec 3" lift kit with Bilstein 5100 Front Coilovers, 285/70r17 BFG ko2's mounted on ion 135 17x8 wheels, Smittybilt Rooftop tent, and more to come.
I'm excited to be back in a Tacoma! My first truck was a 1988 Toyota Pickup, regular cab, 4x4, EFI V6 with a 5 speed manual. After a short time in that truck, about 30k miles, (enough time to know I loved these trucks) a friend totaled it. Yes he walked away and yes he is still my friend. It was replaced with a 1997 Tacoma access cab 4x4 V6 manual. It was lifted with 33" tires and cought my to be wife's attention. That truck went away in 2005. Now 12 years later I came across a gently used 15 TRD off-road double cab with 30k miles that I couldn't pass up. I've been bit by the bug again. I have purchased all kinds of goodies in the last few days. 3" Toytec lift, BFG ko2's, a smittybilt roof top tent, and the bed mounted cross bars for the tent. Living in Colorado give me the opportunity to get out and enjoy the mountains. My wife and our two children can't wait for our first adventure in our weekend camping rig/dads take it to work truck.
