Has anyone had any issues with the BakFlipG2? A week after installing this product, it seems to be falling apart. Two screws have popped out near the retractable clip and also some of the foam padding on the last panel next to the tailgate is falling off. I contacted Bak and they are sending me another cover. Just wanted to find out if anyone else has experienced similar issues.

Pretty reputable brand, I'd be surprised if this was a common issue. I have never owned one but I see them everywhere and haven't heard anything negative. I think you should be ok with the replacement.

for my situation, I think its worth it all day long. When i'm towing my camper 500 miles, I need to stop for fuel every 130-150miles, with this extra tank i figured I would be stopping about 300 miles for fuel. so it would be worth it.

I once joined this site to purchase some all weather floor mats from @Cativelense . He warned me about the sickness and to hide my wallet. I did not listen :anonymous:

Well progress has been slower than desired. However considering things I'll say it's actually been good.
Got "Whitey" February 24th. March 7th in hospital with micro rupture of the colon. April 30th in hospital with major rupture of colon. Guys, I raced dirt bikes, mtn bikes and bmx and have multiple repairs requiring hardware in my body and they were a drop in the bucket compared to a ruptured colon. Surgery was scheduled for tmrw, however ended up in the hospital first week of June with gall stones and had surgery for that. So colon surgery on hold. Several weeks off work now.
Anyway so progress. Whitey was stock. Did front lift had spring recall done then did AAL. Went with M/T Deegan 38 MT 265/75/16. Then built a bed rack with a removable top shelf and installed my awning and RTT. Going to build a lower shelf next. Here's some pics.
