So I see everybody talking about aerospace 303 , is this the stuff you all are using on your interior (dash, plastic trim , rubber, etc ) ?

I currently am using this stuff
    IMG_5959.jpg

which works ok but I don't like how it looks/works on my dash directly in front of the passenger seat . It makes it look "spotty" or something , so I'm considering trying the aerospace 303 and want to make sure I'm getting the right stuff ? The aerospace 303 is on the pricey side $15.99 I believe at advance auto near me

I also saw this for tonneau covers , anybody ever try this ? Or do use the other stuff mentioned above on your tonneau cover ? It looks like it's just a cleaner

303 changed their product line up last year. 303 Protectant is the same thing as the old 303 Aerospace Protectant. It can be used on the interior & exterior trim of your vehicle. It looks great when first applied but easily washes off so it needs to be applied often. It will also leave streaks on your paint after it rains but they are easily removed when washing. The 303 Tonneau Cleaner is just a cleaner. You would still have to use 303 Protectant to give your tonneau cover shine & UV protection.

You can get a 16oz bottle of Aerospace Protectant on Amazon for $8.22 right now but some of the reviews say they didn't get a sprayer.

So it's a good vinal protector , with uv blockers and all that jazz ? I hear armor all sucks or at least used too anyway . I don't want this thread to turn into a huge debate of what's the best protectant lol . I hear good stuff about aerospace 303 protectant and I just wonder if that's the stuff I hear about

I checked out that deal and if I buy just that , since I don't have prime or anything they want more to ship it than they are selling it for lol (8.52 shipping). Then there is tax (1.00 it looks like ) so it would be cheaper to pay 15.99 for me at advance auto . Thanks thou for the heads up :thumbsup:p

IMO, Aerospace 303 is excellent on interiors & good on exterior trim/tires but it needs to be applied after every wash.

I may just use it on the interior for now , or get a sponge applicator to use on the exterior trim later on . Its pricey I must say

303 was developed as a UV block for fabric airplanes. I used to sail and would buy it by the gallon for my sails.
It works, best maintenance product I've used.
It's been years since I've used it so I can't speak for the new formula and the company that bought the original but I would give it a try.
