Yeah, hoping so. The fact that your shipped out so gdamn fast leads me to believe it was old stock lol. But probably will be fine.

For those interested, my tan RTIC cooler, as mentioned above, came in right on schedule - Friday June 9th 1:09PM, after being ordered on Monday June 5th. Self-admittedly, I tend to be somewhat critical & picky, when it comes to things like this, but as far as I can see, everything is absolutely perfect. I can not find one thing, not one thing, to complain or bitch about. As for it being of the new design, absolutely. It does indeed have the dual drain system - one large on the left end, one smaller on the right end. I'm not real sure why I need two drains, but so be it, neither of them leak, so that also is a good thing.

And for those curious, as to the origin of this cooler, the box had not been previously opened, nor re-taped. It was just like it was, the day it left the factory in China, with the addition of the shipping label applied in Houston. Maybe a little scuffed up by UPS, but otherwise completely in tac.

So, all is good here in NC........and best of luck to everyone else

As for the RTIC website's posted, two month waiting time, I have no explanation!

ps....oh, and they fixed the "floppy" rubber T-latch problem, so they will now stay, where you put them....

 

Still not shipped.

 

Evidentilly, they have some items in stock and ready for immediate shipment, while others are not. If you change your mind, and find something else you can get quicker, or like better, don't forget that you can cancel your current RTIC order at any time, as long as you haven't received the - "your item has shipped" - email. I think there is a link for that, right through your order confirmation email. Even if you want to stay with RTIC, you may want to try another color. If they got it, they will ship within hours of placing your order. Worse case senecio - you order another color, your original order comes in to them at the same time, they ship both orders to you at the same time, and you receive both. No problem - either item, or both, can still be returned via their "no hassle return policy", for up to 30 days. They even pay the return shipping cost.

Heck, if the white hasn't shipped in a week, they don't have it. If you can live with another color, order it and see what happens. Order the blue, wait a couple days, if nothing, then try the tan. If still nothing happens in a couple of days, cancel two, or all three of your orders. You got nothing to lose but a little time.

 

Going to try this now. Still nothing on my white 45 or 65

 

So, how did that go ?

 

I canceled my second order for the tans ones earlier this week. I'll just wait for my white ones to come in whenever.

Flame if you want, but I would never support RTIC. They blatantly and deliberately ripped off Yeti, and had to settle a lawsuit with them because of it.

I don't support companies that just plagiarize instead of coming up with a good product that can compete on its own.

 

Half of the founders of Yeti left Yeti and started RTIC.

So.. not sure you understand how it all went down. But good for you.

 

Wasn't Yeti founded by 2 brothers (Seiders) and RTIC founded also by 2 brothers (Jacobsen)?

RTIC could have developed a great product to compete, but instead to plagarize Yeti designs and advertise it as just as good but cheaper.

I can't respect that regardless of who founded the company.

Ok, that's not so bad. At least they cut it to just under a month.

 

my tan 45 also shipped. Should be on my doorstep tomorrow. That's about a month from order to delivery. A month ahead of the estimated ship date so I'm rather psyched.

 

RTIC is the answer. For half the price, screw the warranty. It's a cooler what ever breaks I can fix. I've got a yeti 45 which was a Christmas gift, and bought an RTIC 65. The RTIC is just as bitchen... just doesn't say YETI lol.

And your vehicle has nothing to do with being "hated..." the cement color is bitchen! I'd look deeper for answers
