Bought a new 2017 inferno off-road 4x4 double cab. Love it. Only thing I don't like is the cheap already rusted exhaust. I've only got 8000 miles on it. I looked at the exhaust from cat back and it's rusted enough that when I hit it with my fist rust flakes fell off. The joint past the converter the bolts are so rusted I'm worried they will brake if I try and take them off. Rust isn't a problem in Colorado so the material must be really cheap. I'll be looking to upgrade to stainless exhaust. Has anyone done this exhaust change?

Yes the under side of mine has some rust, but where they use salt on the roads u need to wash it down more often. Parts for these seen to be a quality problem across the board.

Yes I wash it Alot. We don't use salt on roads here in Colorado. I bought the truck in December. The amount of rust especially at the joint is excessive. I could see that much maybe after 3 years or so but not 6 months. I'm at work so no pictures available yet
