    Hi. I just joined after reading quite a bit on how to change transmission fluid. I think I need to take it to mechanic for now. I read alot of great advice, tips and even how to correct some mishaps, because of this I have joined. I'll need alot of help since I got my 2012 Taco Pre Runner a year ago.

    @NotFancy unless you've assumed something is wrong with your transmission(shifting etc.)than under Toyota OEM Maintenance it's suggested to change your transmission fluid in intervals of 60k mileage on the odometer only under conditions of hauling in excess.
