Hmm, those would be the smallest I think, but they have quite a selection to look at. Hell. Even the squadron pros kick out a ton of light in a small package. Get the white ones with the clip on Amber lens for best of both worlds

Baja lights are legit, and anytime you want to change color, pattern or just replace lenses you can. My Baja fog light kit just arrived and I look forward to getting it setup.
We use the S2 Pros for backup lights at work, and they are small and solid!
Baja's light quality, clarity and pattern make them worth a little more than the rest IMO.

Your truck is awesome by the way!

Thanks allot and thanks for all the advice. I'll definately stop by SDHQ soon to take a look at the BD stuff. Im hoping the rear bumper guard will be done soon and I can do AVID and SDHQ the same day. Then potentially done with big purchases for the truck! Which is good because I have some more trailer upgrades to take care of.

Hmmmm so for a about a week I've noticed a small vibration type noise when the Air Conditioner is on. I thought it might be a blower motor out of balance but there is a subtle low pitch growel coming from the AC compressor under the bonnet. I can't remember of it always did this or if it's new? I very well might be out of my damn mind lol. It blows cold but not sure If I'm crazy or not?:der:
I'd post a thread but I know it'll just turn to TURD gen trolling...

They're comparable to most modern mudders. I've only got a couple hundred miles in them so I expect them to get a little better as they round out.

A few upgrades went on over the past couple weeks.

Added a inline magnetic filter to the trans cooler setup.
    20170612_105323.jpg

Also added an oil catch can. I had one on my old subie and it worked great. I'm not sure how it'll work out considering the engine switches between Otto cycle and low compression Atkinson cycle. The valves are also self cleaning but I figure you vacuum a white rug everyday and it'll still turn black eventually.

Mounted on the pass side with the pre threaded m6 1.0 hole.

Lines run along the firewall and into the PCV.

I don't trust steal wool as a condensate but I've had good luck with throwing a few stainless faucet aerators in. Also grabed a o-
ring for the dipstick to prevent vacuum leaks.
I'll update if I catch anything nasty in that can!

    20170607_201358.jpg

Added an AFe cleanable high flow filter.

I also changed some lighting. Like mentioned before the 4 previous pods where too busy with the snorkel and also had some clearance issues with the hood up. I also have been wanting to swap the rear facing spot pod for a flood/work light. Having a flood light would've been allot more useful as a camp light on our last couple of trips.
I ended up going with a couple of Amazon pods. A friend of mine runs them on his JK and I was very impressed. Billet aluminum housing, black anodized finish and at 40watts and 3150 lumens per pod they put out more usable light than the 4 previous pods.

Really cool heat sink cube design. I give them a huge thumbs up for looks alone.
Also added a 4000lm flood light to the rear.

Sorry for the crumby garage pics. I'll post some output shots later tonight.

I've been lucky enough to test out Avid Offroads new 3rd gen rear bumper gaurd with backup sensor relocation. There is still some more work to do to make sure the all the sensor electronics function but hopefully it'll be available in the near future.

It's defiantly a nice hunk metal and it should provide some protection since its mounted up to the frame.

It adds some rugged styling and keeps the sexy factory body lines. It also compliments the avid sliders and SSO hybrid bumper nicely!

Added the Hodo unholy mount. The plan is to use my Android as a wireless view screen for a trailer "rear-view mirror" camera. I almost went with the crux cable for an AV in option to the factory head unit but this is gonna give me some more options. I have a couple of fun ideas I'd like to achieve with this set up so we'll see where it goes. :transformer:

Also been a very productive week for upgrades to the Gigahorse camper. I rebuilt and upgraded some storage, upgraded the mattress, installed a remote control maxx air fan/vent in the bathroom, added an indoor/outdoor TV and a few other things im missing. Were gonna put it all to good use this weekend so I'll definatley post up some pics of the improvments soon.

Also for the bean addicts I picked up this amazing piece if camp gear

Had an awesome weekend camped in the White Mountains of AZ last weekend. So nice to see 75° days and 50° nights with thunderstorms.

    Setup camp at reservation lake.

The truck did awesome towing the camper in 110+ degree heat. At one point I saw my Trans pan temp at 170 and the torque converter temp at 225. That cooler can dissipate heat!!! The tires and extra armor were noticable on the big hills but it still did well. Gears are back in my radar but need to do some more research.

Did a little math for my gear research. The top table is basically how Im sitting right now (I tape measured my tires at 31.5" tall) The second table is hypothetically how It may run with 4.88s and the third was calculated for 33" tires.

I highlighted where I usually run in the RPM range on the first table and the second table I highlighted where I potentially may run with gears.
I really wish I could try this out before commiting.:notsure:

Feel free to comment, feedback is welcome
