    I have no idea when the new rear end gets shipped.... argh!

    I know, I will be even more excited when I go to work that Monday before and know that I will only have 3 days of work that week!

    Which patches did you order?

    My patch game is going to sky rocket at roundup between Smokey Mountain Patch Supply and GZilla and then all the other vendors...

    I need to get a bunch of stuff taken care of before roundup though... I should make a list...

    A Trek Xcaliber 8 hardtail, not the best downhill setup, so i won't get crazy with it, but still want to run a couple trails and hopefully not die or break something.

    This is not directed at you @ETXTacoma, but a general Public Service announcement haha.

    I'm from the area and run Windrock trails often. These are not typical mountain bike trails. I would not advise anyone less than comfortable on double blacks to venture over to the Downhill side of things. I commonly build trails at the XC mountain (by the campground) and can assure you those are plenty gnarly for some fun (EZ Up, Full Mixtape, EZ Up , South Side, is a solid 3 hours of fun with a ton of elevation.

    Running the downhill side of Windrock without the proper setup/experience is dangerous, plain and simple.
